Hi, I’m Jes, a storyteller drawn to the ephemeral, in between moments. Here to preserve the way it felt.

Through my organic style of shooting, I create imagery for couples, families, and individuals that is honest, intimate, and timeless. I seek out the quiet poetry of a moment and return it in images that feel like a memory. For over 15 years, I’ve chased these fleeting moments with my camera.

During my stint as a Georgia peach, I studied photography at the Savannah College of Art and Design and have continued to work in the photo field ever since. I currently reside in Santa Barbara with my husband and our sweet, spotted dog named Lola. This stretch of the coast is the love letter that never stops filling my mailbox. With its winding coastline, sun drenched hills, Spanish charm, and scent of salt and eucalyptus in the air, it lends as a breathtaking backdrop for capturing your story. When I’m not behind the lens, you can catch me walking along the coastal bluffs with my husband and Lola, uncovering California’s best vegetarian eats, or thrifting for vintage treasures.
